Retningslinjer for angrerett
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. Priser og betaling
Alle priser oppgis i norske kroner (NOK) og inkluderer merverdiavgift (mva.), med mindre annet er spesifisert. Eventuelle fraktkostnader og betalingsgebyrer kommer i tillegg og opplyses før fullføring av kjøpet.
Vi tilbyr følgende betalingsmetoder:
• Kortbetaling (Visa/Mastercard)
• Vipps

Ved faktura og delbetaling gjennomføres en kredittvurdering av vår betalingsleverandør.
3. Levering og frakt
Vi leverer varer til hele Norge, med unntak av Svalbard og Jan Mayen (med mindre annet er avtalt). Leveringstid er normalt [antall dager] virkedager.

4. Angrerett
Som forbruker har du 14 dagers angrerett i henhold til angrerettloven. Fristen løper fra dagen du mottar varen.
For å benytte angreretten må du gi oss beskjed innen fristen, enten via e-post eller ved å fylle ut og sende angrerettskjemaet du finner [lenke til skjema].
Varer må returneres i original stand, ubrukt og i original emballasje. Returkostnadene bæres av kjøper.
Angreretten gjelder ikke for:
• Varer som er spesialtilpasset for kunden
• Forseglete hygieneprodukter hvor forseglingen er brutt
• Digitale produkter levert umiddelbart
5. Reklamasjon og garanti
Dersom varen har en feil eller mangel, har du reklamasjonsrett i henhold til forbrukerkjøpsloven. Reklamasjonsfristen er to år (eller fem år for varer med forventet lengre levetid).
Ved reklamasjon må du kontakte oss så snart feilen oppdages og gi en beskrivelse av feilen samt eventuelle bilder. Vi vil reparere, erstatte eller gi prisavslag etter gjeldende regelverk.
Eventuelle garantier utover lovpålagt reklamasjonsrett oppgis på produktsiden.
6. Personvern og sikkerhet
Vi behandler dine personopplysninger i samsvar med personvernlovgivningen (GDPR). For mer informasjon om hvordan vi håndterer dine data, se vår [personvernerklæring].
7. Tvister og klager
Dersom det oppstår en tvist, ønsker vi først å løse saken direkte med deg. Dersom vi ikke finner en løsning, kan du bringe saken inn for Forbrukertilsynet eller Forbrukerklageutvalget.
Norsk lov gjelder for disse salgsbetingelsene, og tvister skal behandles av norske domstoler.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
